• All designs, drawings, and concepts remain the property of Ultra Designs Uganda Ltd until full payment is made
• After payment, clients are granted usage rights for agreed purposes
• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio (unless agreed otherwise)

9. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality.

• All project details are treated as private
• Information will not be shared without consent, except where required by law

10. Limitation of Liability

Ultra Designs Uganda Ltd is not liable for:

• Losses caused by third-party contractors
• Delays due to external factors (weather, approvals, etc.)
• Misuse of design plans by clients or third parties
